Terms of Use: Didik Plus

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Didik Plus mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or guardian consenting to your child’s use of the app, you agree to be bound by these terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

Didik Plus provides educational content for primary school students (Standard 1–6). The service is offered on a Freemium basis:

  • Free Version: Access to limited question databases and basic features.

  • Premium Subscription: Access to the full question database, advanced progress tracking, and ad-free content (if applicable).

3. User Accounts and Guardianship

  • Users of Didik Plus are typically minors. Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate information during the registration process.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Payments: Premium subscriptions are processed via [Google Play Store / Apple App Store].

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s store settings. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the policies of the respective app store.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Didik Plus—including questions, graphics, logos (including the Didik Plus trademark), and software—is the property of the app creator and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or “scrape” the question database.

  • Share account access with multiple households.

7. Limitation of Liability

Didik Plus is an educational tool. While we strive for accuracy in our Math and Science content, we do not guarantee specific academic results or exam scores.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
